Lisa is now working out of #305 - 2502 St. Johns Street, Port Moody, above Black Sugar in the Moody Centre Building.

Parking: There is free street parking along both sides of St. Johns Street, Kyle Street and in the surrounding area. Free stall parking is also available behind the Port Moody Arts Centre.

Upon Arrival: Lisa shares a waiting room with Juniper Counselling and Lissy Mitchell, RMT. There is no reception. Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting room. Help yourself to water/tea and Lisa will meet you there at your appointment start time.

Direct Billing: Currently offered for Pacific Blue Cross, Canada Life, Canada Life - PSHCP, Sun Life, GroupHEALTH, Group Source and Desjardins.

Payment Methods Accepted: Credit Card, Debit/Interac, E-Transfer

Wait List: If you are unable to get an appointment at your desired time/s, please add yourself to the waitlist. Be as specific as you can with your availability. You will be contacted as openings become available.

Jane now has a mobile app for patients! Jane accounts for all of the practitioners/service providers you visit can be accessed from a single App. Appointments can be made/managed from the App eliminating the need to remember different usernames and passwords for multiple accounts. ”Jane for Clients” is available for for Android and Apple devices through Google Play or the App Store.

Lisa graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2004 and has been providing massage therapy care in Port Moody since 2012. She is an active registrant of the College of Complementary Health Care Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) (formerly the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC)).

A wide variety of modalities may be used during treatment, including: neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilizations, Swedish massage, stretching, and the provision of home care. Lisa believes in a balanced treatment approach which may include consulting with, or referring to, other heath care professionals to assist her patients achieve their wellness goals.

Lisa is pleased to offered her prenatal patients the use of the BodyCushion System during their massage therapy treatments. The BodyCushion allows for supportive and comfortable bolstering in both face-down and side lying positions. Treatment positioning is determined at each treatment after patient consultation.

Whether your goal is to decrease pain or discomfort, improve posture, improve range of motion or physical function, or to achieve a greater sense of well-being, Lisa looks forward to working with you.

Outside of her practice, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and exploring all of the beauty the Tri-Cities has to offer.
